Founder
Mariana Circiumaru has over 30 years of experience leading strategic development and project management across major U.S. markets, including Miami, New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. She has held several executive roles at prestigious real estate development corporations managing the development of complex mixed-use high rise projects, gut renovations, and property repositionings.
She has a wealth of experience serving as a central liaison among ownership, equity partners, government institutions, lenders, and consultants, ensuring alignment, transparency, rigorous due diligence, and high standards throughout program development, entitlement, and construction.
While her expertise is in the execution of large and complex projects, she has an exceptional record on small and medium-sized projects as well.
Mariana graduated from the Bucharest University of Construction with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering and is both LEED AP and OSHA certified.
